Appearance: Clear, bright, deep ruby red with a slight purple hue.

Nose: Fresh mix of red berries, spice and lightly toasted oak.

Palate: Displays gum leaf, dark cherry, plum and black olive flavours with a subtle savoury edge. Grainy tannins flow smoothly to the finish.

Cellaring: The quality of the 2014 vintage will ensure his wine will cellar for seven to nine years from the release date (01/04/18).

Vineyard Notes
At Rosily vineyard 2014 was a high yielding year, despite smaller than average bunches and smaller than average berries. Both veraison and harvest dates were generally within a week of average, and all the varieties in this blend were harvested at lower than average sugar levels and lower than average acid levels.
