Semillon 2021
"Every now and then, Rosily holds back a small quantity of Semillon for a separate bottling. The last time was 2017. Like that wine, the 2021 is a stunner – the polar opposite of Hunter Semillon – grassy and brassy, rich, round and satisfying, touched up with glorious oak. Hard to put down. Fewer than 100 cases made. 96 points. Buy but be quick." - Kim Brebach, bestwinesunder20.com, Sept 2021
"Toast / lemon / interesting / some layers on the palate, clean and fresh, well made, long" - Wine show judges, blind tasting, Margaret River Wine Show 2021

Semillon 2017
"Margaret River Semillon is more commonly blended with Sauvignon Blanc but there are plenty of excellent single varietal examples of which this is one. The Rosily Semillon has spent time in oak which provides extra depth and flavour. But it is subtly done, allowing Semillon’s pristine grapefruit flavour to shine - 3.5/5 stars" - Fergal Gleeson, greatwineblog.com
Semillon 2016
"Mick Scott only made 34 cases of it, and explains that it was originally intended for the Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend but he decided to tone the oak down a little in that blend, so he ended up with a small quantity of barrel fermented Semillon spare. 34 cases. That’s right, just 34 cases. This is not your usual Semillon; it’s made like a Chardonnay and matured in in French Oak barriques (50% new) for about 10 months. The oak is gorgeous, and would do an expensive white Burgundy proud. It does dominate the grassy, lemony fruit and gentle minerals at the moment but time will help it integrate. The fruit is ripe (13.5%). Lovely stuff. 95 points - Kim Brebach, bestwinesunder20.com.au, March 2017
Semillon 2014
"Will live and develop, but eminently enjoyable now" - 93 points James Halliday's Wine Companion Magazine, Feb / Mar 2015
