Palate: Refreshing with crisp, mineral acidity. Restrained herb and gooseberry fruits partner citrus notes. Subtle partial French oak treatment adds weight and complexity to the palate
Cellaring: This is a wine we recommend drinking 12-15 months from release date (June 2023)

Viticultural techniques used are tailored to natural variations in the soil types in our Sauvignon Blanc block. The aim is to provide an ideal amount of canopy for the amount of fruit carried, to capture the full range of flavours that Sauvignon Blanc grapes are known for, from herbal and grassy through to ripe tropical fruits.
