Vineyard Notes
All the fruit in this wine was sourced from our single vineyard, established in Wilyabrup in 1994. Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc vines make up 28% of total plantings.
Winemaker Notes
Unlike the standard Rosily SSB, this sulphite free wine is not oaked, and has undergone malolactic fementation prior to bottling. While fanatical avoidance of oxygen in the winemaking process has maintained a lively freshness in the wine, the malolactic fermentation also provides a smooth butteriness and an extra layer of interest.
