Nose: Aromatics reveal fresh nettle and ripe tropical fruits. Lightly toasted oak adds an extra dimension and depth.
Palate: A focused wine that displays citrus, grassy and subtle lime zest flavours. Deftly selected and handled oak provides vigour and complexity. Refreshing tangy acidity brings life to the finish.
Cellaring: This wine is ready for immediate drinking however has the structure to evolve slowly over the next 7 years.

Vineyard Notes
A perfect vintage for Semillon produced a crop of blemish free, flavoursome berries, with sun exposed berries displaying honey and fig characters while shaded bunches were traditionally grassy and citrus dominated.
Winemaker Notes
Night harvested straight to press. Oak treatment: 20% Barrel matured for 2 months in French Oak (100% new)
