Nose: Aromatics reveal fresh nettle and ripe tropical fruits.
Palate: A focused wine that displays citrus, grassy and subtle lime zest flavours. Refreshing tangy acidity brings life to the finish.
Cellaring: This wine is ready for immediate drinking however has the structure to evolve slowly over the next 18 months.

Production Notes
This is our first ever white wine bottled under the Other Side of the Moon label. It was created entirely from fruit grown on our single vineyard, and is a blend of 55% Sauvignon Blanc, 28% Semillon and 17% Chardonnay.
