Cabernet Sauvignon 2010
Cabernet Sauvignon has been the backbone of the Margaret River region since the first vineyards were planted in the late 1960’s. All of the top producers in the region are recognised for the quality of their premium Cabernet Sauvignon and/or blends.
The Cabernet vines at Rosily are perfectly matched to their terroir, and produce well-balanced canopies and crops each year with minimal intervention.
The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is a well structured wine that reflects this natural affinity, and displays strong varietial and regional definition.

"Rosily wines are steadily improving year by year. This Cabernet is possibly the best yet: crisp-edged violet and leafy aromas over mulberry and blueberry, leading to an intense and compact palate loaded with ripe dark fruit flavours." - Huon Hooke, Gourmet Traveller Wine Oct/Nov 2012
